BMW S1000RR Spark Exhaust

MOTO-D Racing has announced North American Distribution for Spark Exhaust Technologies Italy including their line of slip-on and full exhaust systems for the BMW S 1000 RR motorcycle.

Available for 2009 to 2017 BMW S1000RR’s, Spark’s Full Exhaust system replicates the same setups used by World Superbike teams. The Spark BMW S1000RR exhaust is available in both a Slip-On and Full, Stainless or Titanium version featuring their “Force”, “Konix”, or “GP” style silencers.

MOTO-D Racing BMW S 1000 RR ExhaustFull systems feature headers complete with tuned crossovers and a pair of 12mm oxygen-sensor mounts. The headers flow into a Y-pipe, then transition into an 18mm wide-band oxygen sensor mount until reaching the silencer.

Aside from the tone, a weight savings of roughly 15-20 pounds over the standard components are ready to install. The kits feature everything needed for installation: Exhaust flanges, muffler mount brackets and durable hardware, as well as decibel killers for those who might be at regulated tracks.

Not searching for a complete system? Spark’s slip-ons combine the quality, looks, and sound of the full system at a lower cost. Just 8.5 inches in length, the short “GP” exhaust comes with the link pipe as well as a heat shield.

Additionally, the pipes will be offered in three finishes: electro-coated Black Stainless Steel, gloss Carbon Fiber, or a Satin Titanium finish sporting laser-engraved or adhesive Spark logos.

The exhaust lineup includes setups like the Classic Double Slip-On for Ducati’s Scrambler to a ¾ system for the new 2015+ Yamaha R1 and a Full Titanium System for the new 2017+ Suzuki GSX-R 1000.
