Can-Am Seeks Spyder Ambassadors

Can-Am Spyder Contest

Can-Am is conducting a U.S.-wide search for two new ambassadors, the company said Monday.

The two riders will join motorcycle touring legends Fred Rau, Lamont Bryden and Daniel Bastien for a six-month stint on the Sypder roadster team, share tales from the road and represent Can-Am at biking events.

Interested applicants are encouraged to submit an essay and video about why they should be the newest member of the Spyder roadster team. The only pre-requisite is a passion for riding. The application period closes on April 8.

Can-Am will appoint two applicants to the roadster team. They will each receive a fully-loaded Spyder Roadster RS-S and a $15,000 stipend for road trips. Complete application details are available on the Spyder Blog.

The Spyder brand ambassadors are a group of North American motorcycle touring enthusiasts. Three of the five original members – Fred Rau, Lamont Bryden and Daniel Bastien – will remain with the program. Their blog can be found at SpyderRyder.com.
