The Pata Yamaha WorldSBK Team has launched a new video showcasing the Yamaha YZF-R1 World Superbike machine. Yamaha had departed from the World SBK Championship in 2011, but with the new R1 hitting the market in 2015, Yamaha has returned in full force.
The video was filmed at a favorite MotoGP and World Superbike track, Spain’s Circuito de Jerez. While there, the factory Yamaha pilots Alex Lowes and Sylvain Guintoli put the bike through its paces while also showing off its 2016 livery.Lowes and Guintoli hold nothing back as they wring the bike out in the corners of Jerez. In the downtime, both share their thoughts of the upcoming seasons, as well as the bike itself, along with Team Principal Paul Denning in regards to the 2016 World SBK Championship.To see all the action from the Pata Yamaha Official WorldSBK Team, watch the video above.
