The reigning AMA Supercross Champion looked to continued this streak after winning Moto1 in Muddy Creek, making for five straight moto wins in 2013 MX, but had to settle for third in Moto2. The reason? The three-time SX Champ crashed when the moto got underway, but battled his way back to third. Winning Moto2 was the reigning AMA MX Champion, Red Bull KTM’s Ryan Dungey.Regardless, his 1-4 finishes allowed him to retain the points lead as the series heads to High Point in Pennsylvania this weekend for round four of 12.Attached above is a video of Dungey during the opening lap of the first moto at Muddy Creek.
