JCR Honda SCORE Baja 1000 Video
When the 2012 SCORE Baja 1000 wrapped up in November, it was once again the JCR (Johnny Campbell Racing) Honda team that was victorious.
The team, consisting of Colton Udall, David Kamo and Timmy Weigland, took the 45th SCORE Baja 1000 with a total time of 20 hours, nine minutes and 30 seconds (20.09:30), the team averaging 55.64 mph aboard the Honda CRF450X. This was the 16th consecutive Baja 1000 win for Honda.
Following the victory, JCR Honda says it was the CRF450X, which was prepped by Eric Siraton, was the best bike the team had for date, allowing it to keep the Number-one plate that was won at the 2011 Baja 1000.
Johnny Campbell (JCR Honda Owner) says: "I am overwhelmed by the effort my crews put together to make this race run smoothly. JCR brings a small army of some of the most extraordinary people together to make a race like the Baja 1000 possible. I can’t thank them enough for their service and support.
"I am proud to have each one of them in the JCR family and look forward to many more adventures together. Thank you to the racers for their commitment to upholding this Honda legacy, celebrating 50 years of racing Baja and our 16th Baja 1000 win in a row. I also want to thank my family for being ALL IN with our crazy life. Viva Baja."
