AMA Pro Flat: Finalized 2012 Schedule

2012 AMA Pro Flat Track Season

The final schedule has been released for the 2012 AMA Pro Flat Track season.

There will be a total of 17 rounds in the AMA Pro Harley-Davidson Insurance Grand National Championship presented by Motorcycle-Superstore.com and AMA Pro Motorcycle-Superstore.com Pro Singles.

AMA Pro Harley-Davidson Insurance GNC Expert Singles will also compete at six rounds, broken down into three Short Tracks and three TT, while the mighty Expert Twins will contest the remaining 11 rounds, consisting of six Half-Mile and five Mile tracks, AMA Pro Racing says.

The 2012 AMA Pro Flat Track season began last month at Daytona, with wins in the Grand National Championship by Johnny Lewis winning over Matt Weidman and Sammy Halbert during the Thursday-night (March 15) finals, and Weidman taking the win over Jared Mees during Friday-night (March 16) final.
