The 2026 Pro Motocross Championship Series heads east for the first time, with Saturday’s racing at High Point Raceway in Mt. Morris, Pennsylvania. There will be 38 riders happy that MXGP Championship Series Leader Lucas Coenen has headed back to Europe after his first runner-up finish last week in his guest starring ride at the Thunder Valley National. Let’s see what we’ve got for our 2026 High Point National MX Fantasy Picks for RMFantasyMX league players.
- Jett Lawrence is still the pick for the win. Jett has four moto wins in a row and is only getting stronger. Plus, he has a three-race High Point Raceway win streak going in. This is the easiest prediction of all.
- Haiden Deegan looks ready to take over P2 at High Point. After getting penalized seven positions in last week’s opening moto for cutting the track six times and accelerating off-track, Deegan responded with a P3 in Moto 2 behind Jett and Coenen, even as he colored inside the lines.
- Hunter Lawrence is an easy podium choice. While it doesn’t look like he’s going to trouble his brother for the win, he is certainly a credible P2 pick. If Haiden gets a poor start, Hunter will likely find himself P2 overall. However, if Haiden is anywhere near the front at the start, it’s looking like Hunter will be following Deegan to the finish line.
- Garrett Marchbanks is a rising star. His 3-6 card at Thunder Valley National put him in P4. Marchbanks has four top-six moto finishes in a row, so he has been reliable. Put him down for another P4 this week with Deegan beating him, but Coenen back in Europe.
- It’s a battle between RJ Hampshire and Jorge Prado for P5. If someone told you Hampshire would be P4 in the standings after three rounds, you’d have laughed. However, there he is, just 12 points behind Deegan. Hampshire has done it with impressive consistency, running 6-7-5-7-5-8 in the motos this year. However, Marchbanks beat Hampshire in both Thunder Valley motos, so Hampshire takes a back seat to Marchbanks. Jorge Prado is inconsistent, with a 2-2-36-13-7-5 record. If the good Prado shows up, he could battle for the podium. If the lackluster Prado rides around the Pennsylvania circuit, he could be out of the top five. We won’t know until a few laps into the opening moto which Prado we get, so I’m playing it safe with Hampshire for P5.
- If you want a dark horse pick, look to Dylan Ferrandis. He’s gone 9-4-9 in overall finishes this year. So, Ferrandis could poke his front fender into the top five again.
- There are a few good picks for the P12 Wild Card slot. Mikkel Haarup has gone 10-14-7-12-12-11 this year, so you can quickly see why he’s a good P12 pick. Jordon Smith started the season roughly, but has a 14-13-12 run going into the High Point National. If Cornelius Tøndel (16-15-14-13) or Valentin Guillod (14-11-17-14) pick it up a bit, they could be P12 contenders. I’m going with Haarup. However, because I’m typically one spot off from getting the Wild Card right, you should probably pick Smith.
