Ben Bostrom knows motorcycle racing, and all the dangers that arrive with the intense sport. The 2009 AMA Daytona 200 winner, and 2008 AMA SuperSport Champion had his share of falls, and currently relies on Dainese for protection.

Bostrom, who signed with Michael Jordan Motorsports for the 2011 AMA Pro Racing National Guard Superbike Championship, says that when he had the opportunity to use Dainese in 2011, he jumped on it, calling the apparel company “the Mercedes” of the motorcycle gear industry.

In this Dainese video, Bostrom gives his usual philosophical approach on the gear that he uses when piloted the No. 23 Suzuki GSX-R1000 at speeds up to 200 mph on the AMA Pro Racing circuit.

At his debut race on the Michael Jordan Suzuki in Daytona, Bostrom fourth in race 1, and fifth in race 2.
