Designer Roland Sands has long been a partner with Bell, both in creating amazing artwork and graphics as well as providing the valuable insight that only a top-tier motorcycle racer and bike builder can provide.
It’s with these "Renaissance Man" credentials that we turned Roland loose on a new graphic for the full-carbon Bell Star… and deliver he did. The striking gold leaf-over-carbon "Speed Freak" graphic Roland has developed is nothing short of stunning.
While nothing compares to seeing the Speed Freak’s detail, depth and complexity in person Bell Powersports teamed up with the talented Rich Van Avery and crew to film Sands himself talking about the making of the lid in his new digs in Los Alamitos, Calif.
