Chicken Hawk Racing: Role in FIM Supermoto

FIM Supermoto

Chicken Hawk Racing is proud to be part of Italian motorcycle manufacturer TM’s second-consecutive FIM World Supermoto S1 Championship effort.

Sliding into the season-ending event, held in Salou, Spain, 747 Motorsport TM Racing factory teammates Thomas Chareyre and Davide Gozzini were the tied for the top prize, the first time this has occurred in world Supermoto’s prestigious S1 class.

In true, Supermoto title-winning form, Chareyre rode conservatively throughout the weekend, taking second in the first race, finishing fourth in the last two heats and beating Gozzini by two points to score his first championship.

Throughout this super-competitive, hotly contested international Supermoto series, Chareyre, a 22-year-old Frenchman, took a pair of pole positions–more than any other competitor–led 43 laps, rode to four heat wins, one overall victory and stood on the podium in three out of five events.

David Podolsky (Founder and President of Chicken Hawk Racing) says: "In Supermoto, having your tires at the proper hot pressure and getting out front early is key to being victorious."

"We’re thrilled that Thomas and 747 Motorsport TM Racing took on the world equipped with Chicken Hawk Racing tire warmers and clinched the factory team’s second championship in a row."

For nearly two decades, Chicken Hawk Racing has been designing, manufacturing, selling and servicing the world’s most efficient, accurate, durable and easy-to-use motorcycle, car and kart tire warmers in the U.S.A. for racing and track-day applications.

AMA Pro Racing competitors who used Chicken Hawk Racing tire warmers won two national roadracing championships, 30 individual races, landed on the podium 86 times and scored 16 pole positions during the 2010 season.

As this world-championship-winning team and America’s top roadracers clearly demonstrated this year, Chicken Hawk Racing tire warmers allow serious grip from the drop of the green flag.

They’re built from the finest materials, are easy to mount, simple to remove and efficiently bring today’s high-tech rubber up to optimum temperature and hot pressure for immediate traction.
