Win a Suzuki Superbike Ride at Barber

AMA Pro Road Racing fans in the Birmingham, Ala., area are encouraged to head out to Thursday, Sept. 23rd’s AMA Pro Rider Party at Billy’s Sports Grill on Overton in advance of this weekend’s AMA Pro SuperBike Championship Weekend.

Those in attendance will have the opportunity to sign up for a chance to win a Two-Up motorcycle ride on the back of AMA Pro and FIM World Endurance champion Jason Pridmore’s National Guard/Jordan Motorsports Suzuki GSX-R1000.

Reaching speeds exceeding 100 mph, Pridmore will take one lucky fan for a lap around Barber Motorsports Park on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2010 during the day’s lunch break.

Entry forms can be completed between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. during the rider party on Thursday with the winner being chosen at random at 7:30 p.m.

All entrants must be 18 years or older to enter and must be present at the time of the drawing to win.

The rider party, which begins at 5:30 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m., will include AMA Pro rider appearances from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Fans will have the opportunity to rub elbows with the likes of Jake Zemke, Brett McCormick, Danny Eslick, Jake Holden, Steve Rapp, Bobby Fong, Elena Myers, Joey Pascarella, Michael Beck and the Wyman brothers. Autographs, photo opportunities, ticket and merchandise giveaways and a Jam Band also highlight the exciting fan- and family-friendly event.

Billy’s Sports Grill is located at 4520 Overton Road in Birmingham, Ala. Directions from Barber Motorsports Park follow:

· Left onto Rex Lake Road
· Left onto Hwy 78
· Go under the I-20 overpass and take I-20 West towards Birmingham
· Take I-459 towards Montgomery / Tuscaloosa
· Take Exit 23 (Liberty Parkway)
· Turn left off the interstate, follow 300 yards until dead end
· Turn left, then left into the strip center. Billy’s Sports Grill is on the right
