Sturgis Legends Ride… Last Chance

Sturgis Charity Ride

Spark your 70th annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally with a ride for a cause. The 2010 Legends Ride is your invitation to join celebrities, world-class bike builders, cigar aficionados and hundreds of riders on a stunning, 50-mile ride from historic Deadwood, SD to the Sturgis Buffalo Chip for the Legends Ride finale.

As of right now, there are only a few tickets remaining for the 2010 Legends Ride which will be held on Monday, August 9, 2010. The ride benefits the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum and Black Hills children through charitable organizations throughout the area.

In just two short years, the Legends Ride has raised nearly $100,000 and the 2009 Legends Ride was a smashing success, raising a total of $61,600.

The cost of the ride is $150 per person. That tax-deductible fee offers riders the opportunity to join celebrities, world-class bike builders, cigar aficionados and other special guests on a stunning 50-mile ride from historic Deadwood, S.D., to the Legendary Buffalo Chip for the Legends Ride finale, capped by a concert by rockers Buckcherry and legends ZZ Top. A ticket to the concert is included in the registration.

Also in 2010, the Legend’s Ride reception at the Legendary Buffalo Chip will be highlighted by a special live auction featuring "Method," a one-of-a-kind custom motorcycle built by Discovery Channel bike builder Michael Prugh and the students of Western Dakota Technical Institute in Rapid City, S.D.
