The 2011 AMA Motocross Championship headed to Spring Creek MX Park in Minnesota Saturday for round 7.
In the 250 Class, Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki’s Tyla Rattray, of South Africa, dominated in the final moto of the day to capture his third win of the summer.
The 250cc AMA Motocross Championship headed to High Point Raceway in Mt. Morris, Pa., Saturday evening.
Sweeping the Mtoocross round was Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki’s Blake Baggett, of Grand Terrace, Calif. He was joined on the overall podium by his teammate Tyla Rattray and GEICO Honda’s Eli Tomac.
Oakland SX Lites
Holeshot Broc Tickle on the Kawasaki KX 250 earned his first win of the 2011 AMA Supercross Lites motorcycle racing season during a tough and slippery track race in Oakland. Finishing just behind Tickle in second was teammate Josh Hansen who found his way back to the SX Lites podium.
2011 LA Supercross
American Honda may be ready to let the dogs out for the inaugural Monster Energy AMA Supercross at Dodger Stadium on Saturday night. Honda CRs has won a record 16 times in inaugural races at new SX venues, followed by Yamaha with 10 and Kawasaki with 8.
Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki riders Josh Hansen, Broc Tickle, and Tyla Rattray look to continue their AMA Supercross Lites dominance from Anaheim 1 as they head to the second round of the SX Lites Western Region series in Phoenix, Ariz.
