FIM: Motorcycling Anti-Doping Update

Anti-doping controls were carried out at the FIM Freestyle Motocross World Championship meeting, held in Basel (SUI) on 25 April.

No prohibited substances or their metabolites, or markers, or the use of prohibited methods were found in the tested samples.

The riders tested were: Libor PODMOL (CZE) and Brody WILSON (USA).

Anti-doping controls were also carried out at the MAXXIS FIM Enduro & Junior Enduro World Championships and MAXXIS FIM Women’s Enduro World Cup meeting held in Kwidzyn (POL) on 12 June.

No prohibited substances or their metabolites, or markers, or the use of prohibited methods were found in the tested samples.

The riders tested were: Eero Tapio REMES (FIN – E1), Ivan CERVANTES (SPA – E2), Marcus KEHR (GER- E3), Ludivine PUY (FRA – Women’s Enduro), Lorenzo SANT OLINO SANCHEZ (SPA – Junior Enduro).

Lastly, anti-doping controls were carried out at the FIM Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix meeting held in Silverstone (GBR) on 20 June.

No prohibited substances or their metabolites, or markers, or the use of prohibited methods were found in the tested samples.

The riders tested were: Hector Barbera (SPA – MotoGP), Ben Spies (USA – MotoGP), Casey Stoner (AUS – MotoGP), Jules CLUZEL (FRA – Moto2), Sergio GADEA (SPA – Moto2), Julian SIMON (SPA – Moto2), Jesper IWEMA (NED – 125cc), Alberto MONCAYO (SPA – 125cc).
