2027 Moto Guzzi 105th Anniversary Edition Collection: 5 Bikes

Moto Guzzi is marking 105 years with a special edition painted to match its new factory and museum in Mandello del Lario. The 2027 Moto Guzzi 105th Anniversary edition is offered on five current models: the Stelvio, Stelvio PFF Rider Assistance Solution, V100 Mandello, V85 Strada, and V7 Stone. Each wears a pearlescent gray livery with yellow details and a seat made for the edition. Sales begin this month, and Moto Guzzi will offer the edition through the end of 2027. Here is what stands out:

  1. The 105th Anniversary edition is a styling package. This is all about the paint, graphics, and seat. The chassis and motor are unchanged for each model.
  1. The gray paint comes from the building. Moto Guzzi unveiled the edition alongside the September opening of its rebuilt home in Mandello. American architect Greg Lynn designed the complex, which includes the new factory, the new Moto Guzzi Museum, and space for events and visitors. The edition’s glossy pearlescent gray draws from that architecture, and Moto Guzzi chose it to echo the buildings’ industrial, metallic look. The inspiration runs both ways. Lynn used the technical, metallic look of Moto Guzzi motorcycles as the starting point for the museum building.

  1. Yellow details mark the edition. Like the gray, the yellow comes from finishes at the new Mandello site. A 105th Anniversary graphic runs vertically along both sides of the fuel tank, and the number 105 sits where the Moto Guzzi eagle normally appears. The same graphic is repeated on the rear rim. The seat is exclusive to the edition, with a stylized eagle and contrasting yellow stitching.

  1. The Stelvio and Stelvio PFF are the adventure tourers in the group. Both use Moto Guzzi’s 1042cc compact-block transverse V-twin, which makes 115 horsepower at 8700 rpm and drives the rear wheel through a shaft, as all current Guzzis do. A 19-inch wire-spoke front wheel with a tubeless tire, a 5.5-gallon tank, cornering ABS and traction control, cruise control, and five riding modes are standard. The PFF version adds a 4D imaging radar system developed by Piaggio Fast Forward, the Piaggio Group’s robotics company in Boston. It provides Forward Collision Warning, a Blind Spot Information System, and Lane Change Assist. Following Cruise Control is available as an accessory.

  1. The V100 Mandello carries the name of the town where it is built. It shares the Stelvio’s motor, with Moto Guzzi pitching the Mandello as a roadster/tourer. Its signature feature is adaptive aerodynamics, which work with four riding modes (Touring, Sport, Road, and Rain) to adjust power, traction, and airflow to the conditions. Cruise control is standard.

V85 Strada.
  1. The V85 Strada is the street-focused member of the V85 family. Its air-cooled 853cc transverse V-twin uses variable valve timing and makes 80 horsepower at 7750 rpm. The Strada rolls on aluminum rims with road tires and has a low front fender. Standard equipment includes a 5-inch color TFT display, Sport, Road, and Rain riding modes, cruise control, and full LED lighting.

V7 Stone.
  1. The V7 Stone is the classic roadster of the edition. Its air-cooled 853cc transverse V-twin makes 67 horsepower at 6900 rpm, emphasizing torque and ease of use. The 5.6-gallon tank is sculpted between the cylinder heads. Traction control, Road and Rain riding modes, cruise control, ABS, and full LED lighting with eagle-silhouette running lights are standard.

  1. Moto Guzzi has not announced US pricing for the 105th Anniversary edition. The edition does not yet appear on the company’s US model pages. For reference, the standard versions currently list at $9,990 MSRP for the V7 Stone; $12,390 for the V85 Strada; $15,990 for the V100 Mandello; $16,990 for the Stelvio; and $17,590 for the Stelvio PFF Rider Assistance Solution.
  1. The 105th Anniversary edition is limited by the calendar, not by a number. Moto Guzzi has announced no production cap, so scarcity is not the selling point. Each bike wears graphics that tie it to the year Moto Guzzi rebuilt its home. For a Guzzista, that connection is the reason to choose gray over the standard colors.
