2026 Seattle Supercross Fantasy Picks and Tips: 8 Fast Facts

The Seattle round of the 2026 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship Series is going to be an interesting one. There are several strong choices for winners, with six riders vying for the top five in RMFantasySX rankings. So, let’s look at the 2026 Seattle Supercross fantasy picks and tips for the battle at Luman Field, home of the newly minted Super Bowl Champion Seattle Seahawks.

2026 Seattle Supercross Track Map

  1. There have been four winners in the 2026 season, and none of them are leading in the standings. Despite wins at the first two rounds, Eli Tomac finds himself in P3 in the standings, eight points behind the leader. The top dog in the series right now is Hunter Lawrence, who has yet to add a 450SX win to his résumé. The other winners fill out the top five in the standings, with last week’s winner Ken Roczen in P2, Cooper Webb in P4, and Chase Sexton rounding out the top five.
2026 Supercross Championship Series points leader Hunter Lawrence (#96) battles last week’s winner, Ken Roczen.
  1. Just to make things tricky, two riders in the top five last week aren’t any of those riders. Justin Cooper earned a top-five finish for the first time in 2026 in Glendale, while Jorge Prado returned to the top-five for the first time since Anaheim 1. None of the performance stats presented so far makes formulating a top five at Seattle easy.
2026 Seattle Supercross Fantasy Picks and Tips: Eli Tomac

  1. Lumen Field is fertile ground for Eli Tomac and Cooper Webb. Tomac has won three times in Seattle (2018, ’22, ’23), while Webb has the last two victories (2024 and ’25). Tomac will be looking to bounce back from his P12 finish in Glendale last week, courtesy of a tough first corner crash in the Main Event. Webb wants to build on the momentum he started with a win at Houston and his first-ever Glendale podium. Considering that Webb comes into Lumen Field with a two-race win streak at the venue, I have Webb winning and Tomac taking P2. If you want to swap the top two, you have my blessing.

  1. Look for Hunter Lawrence’s run of P2 finishes to end in Seattle. Lawrence is playing the long game, so don’t expect him to push the two strong candidates for the victory. P3 keeps Lawrence in the series lead, unless Ken Roczen wins, so he may be content to watch the Tomac vs. Webb battle ahead of him.

  1. It’s hard to put Roczen in P4, given his results of four podiums in five races. Quandaries like this are what make fantasy supercross so much fun! If you’re looking for a hint, Lawrence has bested Roczen at three of the five rounds. That little edge is enough to knock Roczen off the podium in favor of the two Seattle specialists and the highly consistent Lawrence.

  1. The P5 slot has three contenders: Justin Cooper, Jorge Prado, and Chase Sexton. None of them has shown consistency, though two have momentum in the right direction. Vexingly, Sexton has the most top fives of these three riders, but he is on a 1-5-7 run. Prado is 7-7-5 in the last three races, and Cooper has gone 10-9-4. Sexton has proven himself to be a high-risk pick, while Cooper only has one top-five. That leaves the consistent and improving Prado as the last rider to slot into the top five when the checkered flag waves for the Seattle Main Event.
Jorge Prado.
  1. The Wild Card is P12, and there have been no repeat finishers this year. The P12 crowd is Colt Nichols, RJ Hampshire, Malcolm Stewart, Christian Craig, and Eli Tomac. Tomac was an outlier, Stewart is injured and unpredictable, and RJ Hampshire was sick last week, so let’s eliminate those three. Nichols has four P16 finishes in a row, so P12 doesn’t look to be in the cards. Craig has gone 11-15-13-12-14, and that puts him within one spot of P12 at the last three rounds. Craig is the Wild Card favorite. If you’re up for a higher risk choice, you have Hampshire (18-12-9-11-DNS) and Justin Hill (14-14-15-17-10) as good choices. Also, don’t rule out Garrett Marchbanks, whose P13 finish last week was his best of the year.
Chase Sexton.
  1. It will be cold in Seattle, though probably not rainy. At the time of the publication of this story, there’s less than a 15 percent chance of rain during the racing on Saturday, according to Weather Underground. Temperatures are expected to range from 47 degrees during the Heats to 44 degrees for the Main Events. Check out our 2026 Supercross Television Schedule for viewing information.
