The 2026 Triumph Bonneville Bobber gets an appealing array of updates, ranging from electronic to styling to ergonomic. The basic chassis remains untouched, so everything we liked about last year’s Bobber is back. With that in mind, let’s go over what’s new on the Bobber.
- The iconic floating seat is wider. Along with a new shape, the 2026 Bobbert seat provides more posterior support, and a leather option is available. The seat height can be adjusted from 27.2 to 27.6 inches, allowing the rider to fine-tune the rider triangle. The foot and hand controls are also adjustable.
- Traction control and ABS are now cornering aware. An IMU accumulates the information needed for the systems to adapt as positions change.
- The new fuel tank has a 3.7-gallon capacity. This accomplishes the dual goals of a look of increased gravitas and an estimated fuel range of 236 miles. The bodywork has also been beefed up to visually match the tank.
- Aluminum rims are now part of the 32-spoke 16-inch wheels. The beefy, tubeless Metzeler Roadtec 01 tires are spooned onto the rims.
- Triumph hasn’t changed the chassis or motor. You still get the 77-horsepower vertical twin that displaces 1198cc and produces 78 lb-ft of torque at just 4000 rpm. While the wheelbase is a roomy 59.1 inches, the rake is an aggressive 25.4 degrees, and the trail a tight 3.6 inches. Showa provides the fork, and KYB produces the linkage-assisted, spring-preload adjustable shock.
- Be patient—the 2026 Triumph Bonneville Bobber won’t be available in the United States until Springtime. The list price will be $14,795 with Jet Black Paint. Go for the Interstellar Blue, and the price jumps $600.
