SpeedMob Now Distributing SBS Brakes

SpeedMob Partners with SBS

SpeedMob Now Distributing SBS BrakesSpeedMob is a high performance parts supplier based out of California, so as fans of go-fast bikes, we’re always happy to share news regarding distributors that are going offer products to help us stop quickly – whether on the track or elsewhere.

SpeedMob  recently has reached an agreement with SBS to sell and support both its race and road high-performance brake products. Supplying racers, team and trackside vendors throughout the US with braking components, the entire SBS product line will now be available through SpeedMob’s dealer network as well.

Ultimate MotorCycling’s Arthur Coldwells recently put some SBS brake pads to the test and was quite pleased with the results.

Chris Jensen, SBS North American Market Manager, says: “With SpeedMobs background in selling and supporting technical products like Arrow Exhaust, STM clutches and other racing products, SBS felt they were the perfect choice to support their long term brand building strategy for the US market. Globally SBS has a very strong market share and now we are turning our focus on building and supporting SBS products in the US from our best products to our OEM replacement pads, were excited about our collaboration with SpeedMob.”

Tim Calhoun, President of SpeedMob, says: “I have known and worked with Chris and Christel from SBS for many years and with our growth these last two years into an expanded line of performance components like CORE brake lines and BMC Air Filters we felt the timing was right to add SBS. We have been approached by several brake producers but SBS has always been at the top of my list as a brand I respected, used and wanted to work with. I am excited to offer such a great product to our customers and introduce their top-tier products to the US market.” Customers can expect for product availability starting in mid-February.

SBS has long had an association with racing but don’t think that that is the brands only focus; from touring, sport, adventure, scooter and v-twin bikes out there, SBS does have something for every application. For more information and how to order, head over to
