For 2013, Benelli has released a new entry-level naked sportbike, the UNO C 250. In some markets, a younger version will be available, the UNO C 150.

Benelli says the Chinese-owned Italian company want to meet the requirements of the younger and of everyone who wishes to have fun in total safety with a bike which makes the difference.

The light and maneuverable UNO C 250 offers new excellent technological and aesthetic solutions. The UNO C 250 is a combination of successful ingredients: the 4 stroke single-cylinder engine, liquid cooled, delivers really interesting performances while keeping down the consumption. Electronic injection and double overhead camshaft, wet sump lubrication, wet clutch and final chain drive are additional features of this engine. The maximum power is of 24.5 hp (18 Kw) @ 9000 rpm, the maximum torque of 15 ft. lbs. (21 Nm)

The frame of UNO C 250 is a steel trestle which, together with the size and limited weight of the vehicle, provides the best handling and maneuverability allowing the rider to fully enjoy riding. The suspension is made of an upfront hydraulic fork and a rear single shock absorber.

Benelli renews its range of naked bikes but confirms its great engagement to safety: the braking system is made of two steel brake discs to ensure the control of the motorcycle in limited spaces.

The Benelli UNO C 250 is unique also in the looks. The design of the fuel tank and of the faceted surfaces give a refined looks to the bike.

UNO C 250 is a motorcycle to give fun even to the fledgeling riders. Small and light, performs well in the city as well as on the extra urban roads as a perfect travel mate.

UNO C 250 is available in white, red and black, will be on showroom floors mid-2013. The price is not yet available.
