Stewart: San Diego SX Practice Video

2012 AMA Supercross Video

Up until lap six at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego Saturday evening, it looked as if JGRMX Yamaha’s James Stewart would have another podium finish in the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship.

But Stewart crashed in the whoops section while in third place; he would remount the Yamaha YZ450F, but finish in 15th place, a lap behind the winner Ryan Villopoto (Monster Energy Kawasaki).

After six of 17 rounds, Stewart is fourth in the AMA SX Championship, 32 points behind Villopoto.

Regardless of his performance at San Diego Supercross, his on-board footage is always enjoyable. Attached above is some GoPro video from Stewart’s perspective during practice for San Diego SX.
