After 12 years of offering customers a huge selection of quality motorcycle and powersports gear, parts and accessories at the lowest prices possible, has earned the prestigious BizRate Circle of Excellence Award for 2011 for outstanding overall customer satisfaction.

Out of the more than 5,000 online retailers that participate in the BizRate Insights program, has earned its place in the ranks of a mere 84 participating retailers who earned the “Circle of Excellence” distinction this year.

The BizRate Circle of Excellence is awarded to online retailers based on how they rank in overall customer satisfaction. BizRate calculates this metric by combining customer ratings of overall satisfaction, product selection and ease of finding products immediately after purchase, along with likelihood to buy again, expectations met, on-time delivery and satisfaction with customer support after receipt of the order.

To receive the coveted Circle of Excellence Award, ranked in the top 1.7% in overall customer satisfaction among all BizRate e-retailers.
