2011 RC8R Wallpaper
This past weekend at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, KTM made its debut in the AMA Superbike Class with the RC8R.
Piloting the HMC/KTM race bike around the Mid-Ohio circuit during the AMA Pro Road Racing was Chris Fillmore.
Fillmore battled with a few riders to finish seventh in Race 1, and ninth in Race 2 during the RC8R’s debut.
Chris Fillmore (KTM RC8R Superbike) says: "This was the perfect end to a great weekend. We are very excited to leave our first AMA Pro Superbike race with two top ten results. We definitely have some work to do before the next round but we are much further ahead than we expected."
Here’s some wallpaper of the KTM RC8R in action. Fillmore’s next race on the KTM will take place at the eighth round of the series held in Alton, Va., at Virginia International Raceway on Aug. 12-14, 2011.
