Motorcycle Suit
An all-new cooler wearing, totally-waterproof Roadcrafter! This is an unlined one piece suit constructed of tough waterproof and breathable 200D Gore-Tex HT Nylon.
It slips on easily over street clothes (about ten seconds) and provides comfortable and absolutely waterproof abrasion protection that is ideal for hot conditions and everyday urban riding.
New waterproof zippers and an exclusive zipper configuration allow the suit to go on and off faster than Superman can find a phone booth, and for storage it rolls up ultra-small (7″x15″).
Also all-new are vertically-adjustable optional TF3 Elbow, Shoulder, Knee, Back and Hip impact armor, providing a wearer-customizable fit and a high-level of crash protection. The Roadcrafter Light also features double layer of GORE-TEX fabric panels at the Shoulder, Elbow, Forearm, Knee , seat and Shin areas.
Further extending the safety and versatility of this suit are a new optional TF3 Chest Impact Pad (#238), Chest Insulation Pads in Standard (#242) or Electric (#241) versions, removable inside pockets (#152 & #1330), and Integrated Rain Boot covers (#401).
Many innovations have been incorporated into the RoadcrafterLight. Augmented vent flaps and zips improve airflow. The seven outer pockets have been seam taped and use water-resistant zippers to make them more water and draft resistant.
The soft Ultrasude collar now incorporates a dual position snap-down feature as well as magnetic positioners to hold the collar open and aid in flow-through ventilation. A water resistant inner wallet/phone/iPod pocket has been added inside the large vertical chest cargo pocket. A mini-carabiner clip is hidden under the left front outer ‘logo’ pocket-flap, freeing your hands for carrying saddlebags or other such duties.
Adding to these benefits is availability in 28 in-stock standard sizes – 34 regulars and 36-52 short, regular or long. Choose either Grey with Hi-Viz accents or Hi-Viz with Grey shoulder/elbow/knee areas.
The suit is also available in a special order Ultra Light version that maintains all of the nuanced improvements of the RoadcrafterLight, minus shoulder/elbow/knee panels, for ultimate lightweight and convenience in a 100% waterproof riding suit. The RoadcrafterLight (#297) sells for $667 and the special order Roadcrafter Ultra Light (#239) is $797.
