Motorcycle Helmet
New for 2010 is the Air version of the HJC FS-15 Motorcycle Helmet. Its built-in Air Pump system allows the rider to adjust the fit of the cheekpads for enhanced comfort.
An example of HJC’s world-leading R&D, the FS-15 was designed from the ground up with the help of HJC’s state-of-the-art wind tunnel and CAD/CAM equipment.
HJC’s use of precise 3-D modeling provides the basis for exceptional fit, lighter weight and clean aerodynamics. It also allows HJC to incorporate our Advanced Channeling Ventilation system in the earliest generations of the new helmet design process.
The final test of any HJC helmet design is under "real-world" conditions. In the case of the FS-15, Ben Spies began wearing an early version of the FS-15 in AMA competition in 2008 and gave our engineers development feedback throughout the 2008 AMA season. Ben continued to wear the FS-15 in his successful run for the World Superbike championship in 2009.

HJC utilizes industry-leading CAD 3D modeling programs to design helmets that are lightweight, aerodynamic and extremely comfortable.
HJC R&D specialists utilize a state-of-the-art continuous single return atmospheric wind tunnel to fine-tune the aerodynamics of every helmet they make.
Designs are constantly being evaluated to reduce noise and turbulence while enhancing airflow through the vents and improving overall comfort. Every HJC helmet model is subjected to some of the toughest, most intensive scientific impact testing in the industry.
Our helmets are tested in a wide variety of impacts, under extreme temperature conditions from -4º to +122º F, to ensure optimum performance in any riding scenario.
HJC is a leading helmet company in the world and is distributed in the US market by Sullivans, Helmet House and Castle Sales. HJC’s US marketing; service and design center is located in Cerritos, CA.
