American Motorcycles Emerge: US Highland

With roots leading back to Sweden, US Highland is an Oklahoma designer and manufacturer of high performance, Motocross, Supermoto, Quad and Enduro motorcycles. Highland’s remarkably light, robust and powerful engine platform has drawn the attention of several significant global brands and off-road enthusiast alike.

On March 12th, they announced the completion of the merger of U.S. Highland, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation, into Harcom Productions, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation. The current trading symbol is (OTC.BB: HRCM).

Pursuant to the Articles of Merger, Harcom Productions is the surviving company and its name has been changed to US Highland, Inc. The existing operations of Harcom Productions have been divested. The merger has been accepted by the State and US Highland is currently launching its international operations.

US Highland features a series of new products and technology launching within the United States and other international regions to include Europe, India, and China. Highland Group AB, headquartered in Sweden is also being merged into the public company.

After more than a decade of developing brand strength and premium products, US Highland has established a reputation within the high performance, off-road market. US Highland is ready to leverage the strength of its accomplishments, intellectual property and some green performance technologies.

"Highland is in a very strong position with complete engine and fuel injection technology. Our engine and fuel system designs are unique and patent application processes to protect our growing suite of Highland IP is proceeding well. This gives our potential partners confidence", states Mats Malmberg, President of US Highland, Inc.

US Highland seems poised for substantial growth success launching international sales through major distributors in North America, Europe, India, and Asia. Additional acquisitions and multi-national license are currently being negotiated.

US Highland will manufacture in the United States. Engineering will continue in Sweden with expanded efforts in ongoing leading edge product development. The award winning Highland Racing Program will remain an integral part of US Highland as it seeks continued growth.

"Highland has a strong background from Sweden as a technology leader in the development and engineering of high performance motorcycles and has worked with leading OEM’s all over the world. We are very excited that we have now moved all the manufacturing to the U.S. and is therefore well positioned to penetrate the domestic market here," continued Mats Malmberg.

US Highland Announces Opening of New 33,000 Square Foot Facility

US Highland, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: UHLN), a US based designer and manufacturer of high performance, premium quality Motocross, Supermoto, Quad and Enduro motorcycles, commenced operations of a new 14 acre / 33,000 square foot building complex with a successful Memorial Day Open House event.

On May 30th 2010, US Highland opened its doors and welcomed the public to showcase its new 33,000 square foot headquarters including R&D and production facilities.

Over 800 attendees visited US Highland during the day-long event enjoying tours of the facility, great food and test rides of the Highland motorcycles on their factory test track.

Visitors traveled in from as far as England, Spain, Northern Europe, Italy and Canada and from all over the USA and included motorcycle dealers, government and business leaders and reporters in print media, radio and TV.

"We have worked diligently for two years for this day. To bring about such success and create so many jobs in such a short period of time has been extremely rewarding for us all.

We are grateful to all who have supported our efforts, both in the USA and in Sweden and look forward to our wonderful growth opportunities," stated Mats Malmberg, President of US Highland, Inc.

Chase Bales, COO of US Highland, Inc. commented that he was very pleased to see the lines of people gearing up and riding the bikes on the Highland Factory Test Track.
