This week on the Motorcycle Radio Network, the Blockehead Boys find a kindred spirit. Huh? What? How could there be another blockhead along the same order of magnitude of Bill and Todd? Well, all of us here on the Motorcycle Radio Network have to admit that Ultimate MotorCycling’s Online Editor earned his status this week during his incredible Real Time Road Test of the spectacular 2010 Buell 1125R.
As this past year’s most frequent guest, Ultimate Motorcycling has Real Time Road Tested a whole parking lot full of motorcycles on the show! He went on three wheels on the 2009 Can-Am Spyder, was up on two wheels with a 2009 Ducati Monster 1100S on the Pacific Coast Highway, then wheelied the 2009 Aprilia SXV 5.5 around a purpose-built supermotard track, and even jumped a couple of school buses on a borrowed 2009 Harley-Davidson XR1200, but this week he goes even one better on the last of Buell’s top-of-the-line superbike. How can you possibly beat his memorable web guy-assisted Hog leap?

Also on this week’s show, the guys give a tip of helmet to 2009 World Superbike Champion, American Ben Spies. In his rookie season on tracks he’d never seen before this year, the 25-year-old took his Yamaha YZF-R1 to its first-ever World Superbike championship! Yamaha has rewarded him with the ultimate ride for the 2010 season – in MotoGP! Ben will join fellow Texan Colin Edwards on the Monster Yamaha Tech 3 squad’s YZR-M1.
