Alpinestars have just released the Scout, ($279.95); a tall, all season, multi-purpose riding boot that’s suitable for both dual-sport touring bikes or sportbikes.
Constructed with full-grain leather and bonded with a waterproof membrane, the Scout is a fully watertight boot. Coupled with that, the stitched sole has been engineered for exceptional grip on slippery surfaces.
To enhance functionality, the Astars Scout dons internally molded shin, toe and heel contours, as well as removable PE padded foot beds, all to provide excellent impact resistance, shock absorption and protection. The boot’s breathable mesh foot bed liner is breathable and keeps your feet dry which adds to rider comfort and the inner calf leather is smooth for better bike feel.
The Alpinestars Scout touring boots secure with a 3-buckle closure that includes a micro-adjustable memory system and they sport a 3D micro injected Astars logo on the shin.
