CruzTools announces BMW RoadTech B1 Tool Kit

BMW historically provided capable tool kits with their bikes, but has virtually eliminated them from recent models. At the same time, the legendary German bikemaker has increased their use of exotic fasteners, such as rare male Torx bolts and requirement for special axle wrenches. CruzTOOLS has addressed these needs with the new RoadTech B1, which provides tools for all BMW models including the popular GS family.

The RoadTech B1 includes four combination wrenches (8, 10, 12, and 13mm), a hard-to-find E10 x E12 box-end Torx wrench, eight-inch adjustable wrench, locking pliers, three-LED flashlight, five hex keys, six Torx wrenches, a special 22mm axle hex adapter, six-in-one screwdriver, tire pressure gauge, electrical tape, threadlocker, WD-40, mechanic’s wire, and cable ties. The 1/4" drive socket set includes a precision ratchet with 48 tooth gearing, four sockets (8, 10, 13mm, plus E8 Torx socket) and a two-inch extension. Contents are housed in a tough double panel polyester roll-up pouch.

Like other CruzTOOLS products, hand tools are lifetime guaranteed, but more importantly, absolutely dependable when called upon in the middle of nowhere.

The RoadTech B1 retails for $119.95 (part number RTB1), and is in stock for immediate delivery. CruzTOOLS also offers RoadTech tool kits for Harley-Davidsons and other metric bikes.

"We’ve had many requests for a special BMW tool kit." stated Dan Parks, President of CruzTOOLS. "However, the challenge was to develop a kit that was truly functional for the GS and other models. We’re very happy with the final result."
