2013 Ducati Diavel Official Commercial (Video)

Ducati Diavel "Hard to be Seen" Commercial

The third quarter of 2012 was significant for Ducati – it was the ninth consecutive quarter of positive sales results.

And when Ducati released its Q3 report, the Bologna-based motorcycle manufacturer attributed the success to two models – the 1199 Panigale and the Diavel.

The 1199 was not such a surprise, considering Ducati has had a stronghold on the superbike market since the introduction of the 916 back in 1994.

But the Diavel, Ducati’s version of a power cruiser? Yep…all 162 horsepower of it. Ducati says the Diavel was the company’s "highest growing product" with a 66-percent increase in September sales compared to the same month of 2011.

The Diavel, pronounced "dee-ah-vel," which is Panigale dialect for devil, hasn’t changed since its introduction in 2011. The only thing different for 2013 are new color combinations on the two versions available – the standard and Carbon.

And with the 2013 model arrives a new commercial that is instilled with the passion Ducati is known for.

Speaking of the video, Ducati says:

The new Ducati Diavel: Hard to be seen.

Unless the rider is waiting for her. Captivating, muscular and innovative beauty. Seductively agile and manoeuvrable.

An irresistible 162 hp adrenaline rush that’s always under your control with three riding modes and the Ducati Riding Safety Pack (ABS + Ducati Traction Control).

You’ll steal every look even when you disappear in an instant. This is the magic of Diavel.
