2012 Honda HRC NSF250R | Quick Look

2012 Honda Race Bike

Moto3 comes to American racetracks in 2012 in the guise of Honda’s HRC NSF250R. Intended to compete in the USGPRU Moto 3 and WERA Motorcycle Road Racing classes, the NSF250R is a full-on racebike.

The liquid-cooled single-cylinder 249cc four-stroke’s cylinder head is tilted rearward 15 degrees, and has a front-intake/rear-exhaust configuration.

Inside, the cylinder has a nickel silicon carbide surface, and the head sports titanium valves.The cassette gearbox design allows for easy gearset changes for the six-speed transmission.
