2026 Spring Creek Motocross Fantasy Picks and Tips: 5 Fast Facts

The second half of the 2026 AMA Pro Motocross Championship Series starts at Spring Creek MX Park in Millville, Minn., on Saturday. Eli Tomac is returning to action after his injury on the first lap of the season. So, it’s time for us to hand over our 2026 Spring Creek motocross fantasy picks for RMFantasyMX players.

2026 Spring Creek Motocross Fantasy Picks and Tips: Jett Lawrence
Jett Lawrence.
  1. Choosing between the Lawrence Brothers is not easy. Between them, they have won every moto this year, and Jett leads Hunter by a single point in the standings. It’s a coin toss, though there is a pattern. Hunter won the first round, then Jett won two rounds, followed by Hunter winning two rounds. Jett won last week, so past performances indicate a win by Jett to make it two in a row. Hunter has gone 2-3-2 when Jett wins, so it’s Hunter for P2.

  1. Patterns tell us Haiden Deegan will finish in P6 at the Spring Creek National. Deegan has a 5-3-6-3-6-3 scorecard this year. He has yet to podium in consecutive rounds as a 450MX rider, as bad first motos at Thunder Valley and RedBud cost him dearly. His moto results hint at a bad moto in Spring Creek: 5-4-3-3-11-3-4-3-10-3-3-2. Can Deegan return to his performance in the first two rounds, where he put four good moto results in a row? I think so. It all depends on whether he accepts his P3 position or thinks he can run with the Lawrences. Deegan is a smart rider and has looked at the results, so I’m sticking with him for P3.

  1. Jorge Prado is now a solid top five pick. Prado hasn’t finished a moto outside of the top five since the first moto at Thunder Valley. He’s now 5-3-5-3-2-4-3, which is impressive. If you think Deegan will keep his on/off streak alive, go with Prado for P3. Otherwise, do what I do and put Prado in P4.

  1. You have two choices for P5 at Spring Creek MX Park. Garrett Marchbanks has finished within one spot of P5 at the last five rounds, going 5-4-6-5-5. That’s as solid as it gets. However, Eli Tomac is returning. It’s difficult to expect him to crack that list of top four riders, and they take those positions most of the time. Marchbanks isn’t in that mix, so he is vulnerable. Tomac is a huge unknown, having not completed a 450MX lap this year, so I’m going to wait and see. Marchbanks is the safe pick, so I’m going with him for P5.

  1. The Wild Card is lucky P13. Valentin Guillod is your best choice. After a terrible opener, he has a 12-14-10-17-13 record, making him the WC favorite. There’s a case for Mitchell Harrison, who has ridden to 11-14-15 overalls at the last three rounds. Also worthy of consideration is 9-time FIM Motocross World Champion Tony Cairoli. His moto record of 12-13-15-35 puts him right in the mix.
