Team Manager Tim Weigand says he is “excited for the upcoming season. The guys are really happy with the new bikes and the potential for a successful year.”
For his second season, Josh Strang will be aboard a Husqvarna. Strang will throw a leg over the all-new 2016 FC 450 in both the GNCC and AMA National Enduro Series. Strang completed the 2015 GNCC Series in a respectable third place: “I am amped to race for Rockstar Energy Husqvarna again. I feel like the new FC 450 is just what I need to get on the top of the box!”
Andrew Delong displayed an unending amount of perseverance and skill during the beginnings of the GNCC and National Enduro serious. However, due to a racing sustained injury, he was not able to finish the season. He’ll be returning to both the GNCC and National Enduro series fully recovered and in fighting spirit with his FC 350 in tow: “I am super excited to be back for the 2016 season. It’s going to be a good season with great results.”
Expanding on his desert adventures in the AMA National Hare and Hound, as well as the AMA National Western Hare Scramble is Jacob Argubright. The 2015 season allowed Argubright to showcase some amazing talent during Round 8 of NHHA when he became the first rider to podium in both the AMA West Hare Scramble and the AMA National Hare and Hound on the same weekend.
2015 X-Games Endurocross Gold Medalist and Team U.S. ISDE Trophy Team member Mike Brown carries forward with the 2016 Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing team. Brown finished the 2015 Endurocross season in a 3rd place overall and will continue to strive for wins in 2016 while riding the all-new FC 250.
Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing has also announced its newest off-road team member, Colton Haaker. Haaker comes hot off a year full of success. Starting 2015 off right by winning King of the Moto’s, showcasing his agility and stamina, his drive didn’t stop there.
Colton followed that up with a first-place finish in three Endurocross races and had a podium spot in five of the remaining races. ”
We look forward to Colton rounding out this year’s first-class team and cannot wait to see what 2016 holds,” said team manager Tim Weigand. Colton is currently racing the FIM Super Enduro World Championship Series and most recently podiumed in third place in Germany.
