CaliFanatic T-Shirt Review
The ubiquitous t-shirt can be found everywhere, and is offered by more sellers than one can count in a lifetime. Once in a while a supplier comes along that makes shopping for t-shirts an exercise in body adornment and not a chore. It also brings out the desire to buy local from caring companies.
Califanatic is such a company. Just launched in November, 2015, Califanatic prides itself in selling hand screen-printed, limited quantity, American made t-shirts for men and women.
The tees are chosen for their incredible softness and comfort and are printed with non-toxic water based ink. This gives them the vintage look and the feel of your well-worn favorites.
Founder Scott Storey was born and raised in Toronto, but I’ve known him for many years here in Southern California. He has now opened his shop in Los Olivos where he is running all aspects of the business and manning the silkscreen press. He is a vintage bike fanatic so we expect to see more designs incorporating famous machines of the past.
For now, most of the design themes are moto related, but there are some that are bicycle-centric as well. I’ve got their black Ducati 125 Sport design in the closet and it immediately became one of my favorites. I like the great feel, elegant graphics and appreciate that it’s 100% American made.
Califanatic is also available to do custom printing for your group, club or whomever, in any quantity you desire.
