MotoPumps Mini Pro Tire Inflator | Compact 12V Pump for Motorcycles

MotoPumps Mini Pro Tire Inflator

MotoPumps’ new Mini Pro Tire Inflator is a compact, all-in-one, 12-volt-powered air pump designed specifically for motorcycles, UTVs and ATVs. Lightweight, and easy to use, it quickly airs up tires and even tops off suspension components.

Performance Under Pressure

Whether saving the day during a roadside repair or serving as a garage-based inflator, this little dynamo accurately brings most motorcycle tires up to 36 psi in around three minutes. Its backlit, bar-type pressure gauge reads in accurate, 2-psi increments up to 50 psi and a bright LED work light illuminates nighttime tire repair and inflation.

The 18-ounce Mini Pro is just 2 inches thick, 4.75 inches tall, 5.75 inches long. It draws less than 5 amps, making it compatible with CAN BUS electrical systems. The pump’s robust fill-up speed is attained using any 12-volt battery or other power source via a 6.5-foot cord hooked through an auxiliary plug or directly to a battery. Terminal clips and a cigarette-lighter-type plug are included in the package.

For safety, the Mini Pro is equipped with a patented Integrated Polarity Protection Circuit that lights up if the positive and negative wires are not connected properly. Air is delivered through a 3.5-foot, coiled air hose, equipped with a zero-loss, screw-type air chuck. The power cables and air hose are neatly stored in the all-enclosed unit’s tough injection-molded case.

ADV Rider Forum Reviews

After MotoPumps sold more than 6000 of its more basic first-generation inflator, the new, fully integrated Mini Pro has gotten rave reviews by users on and other forums.

Jimsgone, from Rollinsville, Colorado, was immediately impressed: “Great product. Runs off my cig lighter on the FJR, alligator clamps on my KLR, and will hardwire into my S10.”

Another user, Sullylog, from Brodhead, Wisconsin, said, “Very quiet and efficient. It will be my go to pump not only on the road, but at home in my shop also.”

Foxedupone, from Barboursville, Virginia, managed to run over his new Mini Pro with a tractor: “I was like oh no, there goes my Moto Pump,” he exclaimed. “I was surprised to see it was totally fine– not even a scratch from being run over on gravel. So cool, one tough product. I’ll try not to run over it again.”
