Brembo Motorcycle Brake ConfiguratorBrembo Motorcycle Brake ConfiguratorBrembo has released an innovative tool that allows motorcyclists to choose the braking-system component and Marchesini wheels that are most suited to their specific bike – the Brembo Motorcycle Brake Configurator.
And while choosing the components, the Configurator allows users to access interesting information, explanations and videos for those who want to know more about the best brakes for their motorcycles.By entering a few pieces of information relative to your motorcycle in the configurator such as the brand, engine size and production year, the configurator is able to search the entire Brembo and Marchesini range and quickly indicate which products are available for the selected bike and where you can purchase them. The new Brembo Motorcycle Brake Configurator contains all the Brembo and Marchesini products currently available on the market and, in a single interface, the user has a range of more than 100 different products between pads, discs, calipers, brake and clutch master cylinders and wheels divided into two categories: Racing, with products dedicated to the most demanding bikers; and Performance, with products specifically dedicated to Café Racers. Each product is characterized by a full complement of supplementary content which provides the user with all the information relative to the searched product and which allows further explanation on the topic through tidbits or videos relative to the bike braking system world.Furthermore, the configurator suggests other products in the Brembo range that are available and compatible with the one selected.Through a geo-localization system the configurator can indicate the nearest sale point or official distributor in more than 60 countries where Brembo products are distributed. It is currently available in Italian and English and it is in constant evolution with the insertion of new products and updating of the bike database with new Brembo and Marchesini products. The Brembo Motorcycle Brake Configurator is made with “responsive design” technology which means that it adapts to the various size and resolution screens in use today by major devices, from tablets to personal computers and smart phones, making it easy to browse even when you are out and about.
Hello everyone and welcome once again to Motos and Friends, the weekly podcast brought to you by Ultimate Motorcycling. My name is Arthur Coldwells.
Motos and Friends is brought to you by Yamaha. You can check out the amazing YZF-R7 at your local Yamaha dealer, or of course at YamahaMotorsports.com. The YZF-R7 is an amazing supersport machine that is comfortable too!
In this week’s first segment, Editor Don Williams takes the smallest BMW ADV bike on an urban adventure in Los Angeles. The BMW G 310 GS is a full size motorcycle with a modest engine, so of course we wonder if it is a little too underpowered and might struggle. Don put it through its paces and gives us his take.
In the second segment, Neale Bayly and Kiran Ridley have returned from the Ukraine to Paris where Kiran is based.
Kiran is an award winning photojournalist, and as an accomplished documentarian, he has covered stories as diverse as drug smuggling around the Mexican border, to the devastation of the Australian Bush Fires, to the tragedy of the Mediterranean migration crisis. Neale and Kiran reminisce about their motorcycle adventure in the Ukraine, and their observations and experiences with the incredibly resilient people of Ukraine, who have been put through such brutal hardship.
