Red Bull KTM rider Taddy Blazusiak earned yet another Enduro X gold medal at the Los Angeles X-Games.

After running a flawless event, the Polish rider took his second gold medal in LA X-Games in three years. Joining Blazusiak on the podium at the final stop of the Global X-Games tour was teammate Mike Brown and Beta’s Cody Webb.

During his heat, Blazusiak took the holeshot and led all six laps to easily transfer to the main. During that main, Blazusiak again took the holeshot, followed by Brown and Kawasaki Taylor Robert.

But after a slight mistake by Brown, Blazusiak was able to stretch out his lead, eventually crossing the line ahead of his teammate.

Taddy Blazusiak says: “I am feeling the best I’ve felt all year coming into this race. The track was really different than what we’re used to, but I was very prepared and I’m happy to leave with a gold medal.”

In the Women’s Enduro X, Spain’s Laia Sanz took her third X Games Gold Medal in four tries with a steady ride on her JCR Honda. KTM’s Maria Forsberg worked her way past several riders to take the silver medal. Multi time X Games Women’s Moto X gold medal winner Tarah Geiger provided a serious challenge for the gold by using her Motocross skills to double a few sections and led several laps but multiple crashes pushed her back to the Bronze medal position, the series reports.
