2013 RSD Apparel CollectionInspired by the past, but incorporating top-flight technological advancements, Roland Sands focused on what’s next for his 2013 RSD Apparel Collection.
Additions to the RSD range include the new Enzo and returning favorites like the Ronin café racer jacket in three new color ways. But there is more to the line than leather… the new collection also encompasses textile jackets, an expanded array of women’s wear as well as gloves, tees, headwear and accessories. The collection is intended for all motorcyclists. “I don’t really place myself in any particular genre of motorcycling, and I think our apparel echoes this,” says Sands. “I think the biggest thing in our apparel is coming up with something that you want to wear,” explains Roland. “Something you’re comfortable wearing off the motorcycle and on the motorcycle. It does its job as protective equipment, but it doesn’t make you look like you just got off a GP bike.”This balancing act seems to be working for fans of the brand.Shop RevZilla.com for the latest Roland Sands Ronin Leather Jacket!“Our friends, customers and those dealers that sell our products have shared their product experiences and the response has been positive and reassuring that our direction is not just ours,” Roland says. “There is a group of people who believe in the quality and timeless style that we aim for with every RSD apparel item we release into production. Through the continuous collaborative energy within RSD, we have pushed further down the road. Our focus on amazing materials, excellent fit and finely tuned style has expanded while staying true to our vision.”The 2013 RSD apparel line should have something for every motorcyclist, regardless of any particular genre. Zero Electric ADV Bike + Al and Bridget from Throw Your Leg Over
byMotos and Friends by Ultimate Motorcycle
Hello everyone and welcome to Motos and Friends, a weekly Podcast brought to you by the editorial team at Ultimate Motorcycling. My name is Arthur Coldwells.
Electric mobility is everywhere nowadays. Whether it’s a car, a truck, an assisted bicycle, a scooter, or any number of new innovations, the electric revolution is certainly here. In this week’s first segment, Nic de Sena took a ride on Zero’s recently announced new Adventure bike—the Zero DSR-X. There’s been a lot of hype about this new arrival on the ADV scene, and of course the questions are many. Nic talks to me about whether Zero actually have a credible, alternative energy ADV bike—or if the machine is just simply an empty promise.
In our second segment, I chat with Al and Bridget from ‘Throw Your Leg Over’. They took time out to record this episode from somewhere in the middle of Romania, of all places.
These interesting Aussies have traveled—and painstakingly documented—the thousands of miles they’ve covered riding the best roads and sights through Australia, Tasmania, Europe, eastern Europe, and Scandinavia, among other places.
