US Highland Adds to Management Team

The US powertrain and motorcycle company US Highland has added to its management team, the company announced this week.

James B. McCoy has accepted the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Greg Campbell has been appointed to Corporate Vice President of International Business.

McCoy holds degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Tulsa. His career spans financial consulting at Merrill Lynch during the 1980s and early 1990s, CFO duties for two software startup companies, real estate management and most recently working as a strategic component of Quizno’s Subs transforming it from a small Denver Based multi-unit operation of just over 50 stores to an international franchise of over 5,000 units.

McCoy was responsible for the development of Northeast Oklahoma and the Northwest Arkansas markets, where he sold over 65 franchises and opened 45 stores.

"Jim is a multi-talented executive with real world experience in franchising, sales and marketing and when you couple that with his passion for competitive racing you get the perfect mix of skills to lead our sales and marketing success."

McCoy also has over 15 years of participation in off- and on-road racing experience making him a perfect selection for US Highland’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He owns several off-road competition motorcycles and will soon be competing on a US Highland competition bike in future amateur racing events.

Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa. He also holds an Electrical Engineering Technology degree and is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Additionally, he completed Southern Methodist University’s program for Executive Development.

Mr. Campbell has more than twenty-five years of experience within manufacturing and mass production operations. His experience includes engineering, manufacturing, international business development and executive leadership. Prior to joining US Highland, Mr. Campbell held the position of Director – International Business for Frasca International, Inc., and most recently for Fortune #159 L-3 Communications as Vice-President & General Manager for L-3 AMI. Mr. Campbell was responsible for executive management at L-3 AMI.
