Paul Jr. Designs: Cepheid Bike Build

Paul Jr. Designs has teamed up with Cepheid, a manufacturer and developer of microfluidics and microelectronics technologies for DNA analysis, to build a custom-themed bike.

On Wednesday, Cepheid announced that PJD, which is owned by Paul Teutul Jr., star of Disovery’s American Chopper: Senior Vs. Junior, will unveil the bike at the 2011 American Association of Clinical Chemistry and Clinical Lab Expo in Atlanta July 24-28. Cepheid is calling the event “Art Meets Innovation.”

The Art Meets Innovation Paul Jr. Designs bike unveiling will occur at the 10 a.m. July 26 in Cepheid booth 431.

Besides the PJD unveiling, Discovery Channel will be there filming for a two-part episode of American Chopper that features the Cepheid PJD bike build.
