Former Ducati CEO, Michael Lock. has joined Factory Design Labs as Vice President of Business Development. In this new role, Lock will focus on new client acquisition within Factory’s strategic focus of premium global lifestyle brands.

Scott Mellin (CEO, Factory Design Labs) says: “Michael has been a friend of Factory for many years and we are so honored to have him join our team. He completely understands our brand mission and will be a strong compliment to the extremely talented group here at Factory.”

Lock joins Factory after serving as the CEO of Ducati North America from 2003-2010.

Michael Lock says: “I have spent two decades building successful, differentiated brands in the powersports world. My experience in international marketing for Ducati and Triumph has put me close to the premium consumer. (may want to add “the team at”?) Factory Design Labs are experts at delivering strategic and communications solutions to that category and I’m extremely excited to be joining the team.”
