Sturgis Rally News

If you’re looking for a great way to start your rally week, look no further. On Sunday, August 8, 2010 the Kids & Chrome Foundation will offer you the best chance to kick off the week.

You can join us in supporting great charities – the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum & Hall of Fame (that’s the Chrome) and variety of children’s charities in the Black Hills area (that’s the Kids) at the Garden (outside the Lichter Museum) at the Legendary Buffalo Chip Campground. Easy parking will be available.

For a $125 donation, you will be included in an exclusive meet-and-greet reception with celebrities Pee-wee Herman, the incredibly handsome Lorenzo Lamas, America’s favorite survivor Rupert Boneham and the Legendary Buffalo Chip’s Rod Woodruff.

They will be available for photo ops and to sign some autographs. Who knows, other celebrity guests may show up as well.

Also included in the evening is a silent and live auction as well as a chance to visit this year’s brand new Michael Lichter Exhibit, “Eternal Combustion – 30 in the Wind”, featuring 30 custom bikes built by well-known builders.

The best deal of all will be for those who contribute $150 – they’ll get the meet-and-greet plus a ticket to the evening’s concert featuring The Guess Who and Creedence Clearwater Revisited.
