Kriega debuts R30 Rucksack in USA

Motorcycle Backpack

North American Kriega distributor Scott Conley recently announced the arrival of Kriega’s flagship waterproof ‘rucksack’ as Europeans like to call them – the R30. Kriega is known internationally for their rucksacks and has long been a favorite brand of European motorcycle enthusiasts and members of the press with the company’s innovative-patented Quadloc harness system, superior quality materials, overall fitment and durability.

Kriega products are designed specifically for motorcyclists, both in terms of features and performance, centered around the ergonomics of wearing a pack while riding – which is completely different than wearing one while standing and walking. The company promises that a correctly adjusted Kriega rucksack will outperform any other backpack on the market, period.

"Kriega has only recently been made available in the U.S. and has been a bit of a secret until now," says Conley. "Kriega offers an extensive line of backpacks, tank bags, waistpacks, fender packs, hydration packs and luggage, and we’re proud to say the new R30 is the most innovative bag Kriega has ever manufactured."

The R30 is a combination of two of Kriega’s best product lines – rucksacks (backpacks) and drypacks (waterproof packs). It features Kriega’s wonderful Quadloc harness, CNC T6 alloy buckles, organizer pockets, 2 water-resistant outer pockets, and has adjustments at the hips and a closed loop strap system at the top which makes the R30 fit a large variety of riders. It has a 30-liter capacity, the main compartment is 100% waterproof, and measures 19.3"h x 11.8"w x 8.3"d. Try it out and you’re sure to be a Kriega fan for life.

The R30 is available now, with an MSRP of $219.00. Complementary accessories include the US5 Drypack & Fenderpack, the US10 Drypack and the Kube Pocket. To order call 480-782-9300 or visit www.kriega.com.
