MotoGP: Sachsenring Highlights (Video)

2011 MotoGP Video

The free practice sessions opened up with many accidents at Sachsenring, Germany, for Round 9 of the 2011 MotoGP Championship.

Some big names hit the pavement, including Ducati Team’s Valentino Rossi and two of the Repsol Honda boys, Casey Stoner, Dani Pedrosa.

But when the race action got underway Sunday, there were no crashes. Team Aspar Ducati’s Hector Barbera ran off the track, but was able to finish.

And it was clean racing right to the checkered flag, with Pedrosa taking his second win of the 2011 MotoGP Championship. He was joined on the Sachsenring podium by the reigning MotoGP Champion, Yamaha Factory Racing’s Jorge Lorenzo, and Casey Stoner.

Attached is a video highlighting Sunday’s Germany GP.
