On a muddy track on Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Ken Roczen earned his fifth win of the 2026 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship Series. The victory put Roczen in the lead in the standings for the first time this year. Roczen was hounded by championship protagonist Hunter Lawrence for the first seven laps of the weather-shortened 18-lap rap race. Lawrence crashed on lap 8, handing P2 to Cooper Webb. Webb made a late-race run at Roczen but was unable to get close enough to attempt a pass on the treacherous course.

Joey Savatagy held down P4 for every lap of the race, while Justin Hill recovered from a P11 opening lap to take P5 on lap 5 and hold it to the end. The P4 finish was Savatgy’s best result of 2026, and Hill’s second P5 in three races. Shane McElrath took P6, his best ride of the year. McElrath finished the first lap in P15 and worked his way into P6 with four laps remaining.

With two rounds remaining, Roczen holds a four-point lead over Lawrence. Lawrence still controls his own destiny, as two wins will give him the title. If Roczen finishes with a win and a runner-up result in the last two races, he will be the 2026 Supercross Champion. Both riders are aiming to grab their first 450SX crown.

The final two rounds are at Denver and Salt Lake City on the next two Saturday evenings.
