The popular Beta Xtrainer is back for 2026. However, after just a single-year run, the Xtrainer 250 is gone, and we’re back to the 300-class powerplant exclusively. The name has been shortened to reflect that it’s the sole bike in the entry-level enduro lines, and there are some new features to discuss. So, let’s take a look at the 2026 Beta Xtrainer.
- The engine gets new cases and a larger main bearing to improve reliability for the 292cc two-stroke. Returning is the Keihin PWK carburetor, progressive exhaust valve, oil injection, and electric starting.
- 2nd gear is higher this year. The RR X-Pro models got this update last year. It was a success, so it’s now being implemented on the Xtrainer.
- The 2026 Beta Xtrainer has a new, larger dash. The new LCD provides a larger font and additional information. In addition to your speed and a tripmeter, there’s also a warning light that tells you the oil injection tank needs refilling.
- An LED taillight graces the rear fender. It updates the look of the Xtrainer while increasing durability.
- The graphics are bold and new, and the MSRP is $8999. Your local dealer is expected to have the 2026 Beta Xtrainer in stock before the end of August.
