Traveling to Europe any time soon? Here’s a heads-up on one destination to add to your itinerary – the Swiss-Moto show.
The Swiss-Moto 2015 motorcycle show will take place from Feb. 19 – 22 at the Messe in Zurich, Switzerland. The show looks back at news and trends of the 2014 season and provides attendees a chance to meet personalities from the world of motorcycling. Special presentations on the Endurance World Championship and “Brit Oldies” will be popular favorites
The show features factory production off-road and adventure bikes, race bikes, motocross, streetfighters, touring bikes, trikes, cruisers, classics and includes the best custom built machines. The show also features an area dedicated to cafe racers, spanning modern builds based on the styles, legends and icons from the 1950s, through to the 1970s.
In addition to that mix of show bikes, the Swiss-Moto will include gear like armor and sliders, boots, casual wear, drive chains, sprockets, fluids, cleaning supplies, electronics, exhaust systems, riding gloves, heated and conventional riding gear, helmets, moto luggage, memorabilia, off-road parts, tools, tuning equipment, tires and much more.
The show has had about 120 exhibitors and more than 63,000 visitors last year. Among the exhibitors included for 2015 will be BMW Motorrad, Motorex, Harley-Davidson, Yamaha, KTM, Horex, Husqvarna, Drag Specialties, Boss Hoss, Classic Cycles, Ducati, Goodyear Dunlop, House of Leather, Michelin, MV Agusta, to name but a few. In addition, London’s Ace Café which will display the new Triumph Thruxton Ace 900, a 1962 café racer and rare 1958 T120 Triumph.
