2014 EBR 1190 RXErik Buell Racing NewsErik Buell Racing is about to exploit its motorcycle lineup, which features the all-new 1190RX, to European audiences.
This strategical move is thanks to a Global Business Development Program grant that EBR, “the new American sport motorcycle company,” received from the Madison-based Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation. With the funds from the grant, the East Troy, Wis., motorcycle manufacturer will participate in Motodays Fiera Roma, one of Europe’s largest motorcycle trade shows. Many of EBR’s top leaders will travel to Rome for the event, which takes place March 6-9. EBR says it will promote the new product line and expand its dealer network in Europe.“This grant allows our team to meet with key stakeholders across Europe,” said Erik Buell, president and CEO of EBR. “We know the passion in Europe for sport motorcycles continues to grow, and our goal in attending this show is to ultimately expand our dealer footprint in the region.”The grant program is designed to help Wisconsin-based companies lay the foundation for new export strategies or build upon existing export programs.
