2014 Dakar | Marc Coma Preps Aboard KTM 450 Rally (Video)

KTM’s Marc Coma Video

Marc Coma did not deliver his typical positive results during the 2013 season. The Red Bull KTM rider of Spain suffered a shoulder injury at the 2012 Rally of Morocco, and this began plaguing him almost immediately.

The injury also caused him to miss the 2013 Dakar Rally; riding in his place was the late Kurt Caselli, the American who took two stage wins aboard the KTM 450 Rally.

But three-time Dakar winner (2006, 2009, 2011) Coma is now ready to return to the top. He has spent much time practicing for the 2014 Dakar Rally, which begins Jan. 5 in Rosario, Argentina.

Red Bull recently created the attached video, which shows Coma prepping for the upcoming 35th edition of the Dakar Rally. Stay clicked to UltimateMotorCycling.com for daily coverage.
