Red Bull New Year. No Limit. 2011.

Australian FMX star Robbie “Maddo” Maddison will be using Kite/D.I.D wheelsets and a Brembo braking system from Dubya USA in his spectacular New Year’s Eve jump at the Embarcadero Marina Park in the downtown area of San Diego Bay.

Maddison will be jumping alongside freestyle snowmobile rider Levi LaVallee over 300 feet of water as part of Red Bull’s New Year. No Limits. 2011 event.

Robbie Maddison (Yamaha YZ-F450) says: “I always make sure I have the best of the best when it comes to my preparation, my training and my equipment. Dubya’s wheels are precision made from high quality components, which puts my mind at ease, and helps me focus on breaking records!”

Dubya’s Kite/D.I.D wheelsets are laced together by one of their experienced wheelbuilders using the same components that are used by professional motocross, supercross and desert racing teams around the world. Each of the wheelsets’ components are designed to withstand the stresses and impacts of freestyle riding and pro-level racing.

Brembo’s Oversized Off-Road Brake Kits were developed from their experiences racing in the MX1 and MX2 championships, and in the grueling Paris-Dakar Rally. Each professional grade brake kit includes one 267mm x 3mm floating stainless-steel rotor, a pair of high quality sintered brake pads, and a hard anodized CNC machined caliper relocation bracket.

The Red Bull New Year. No Limits. 2011 event will be broadcast live on ESPN, ESPNHD, and ESPN3 at approximately 11 p.m. EDT (8p.m. PDT).
