Ryca CS-1 Kit

Ever want to build a cafe bike, but don’t have the time or means to customize every piece? Well Ryca Motors has the answer – the Ryca CS-1 Kit.

With the CS-1 kit, all you need is a Suzuki S40 Savage, a machine that was build since 1986, and features an air-cooled 650cc single cylinder engine, electric start, five-speed transmission and gets up to 60 mpg.

Once you have the Suzuki S40, you strip it down, send the tank and rear-wheel hub to Ryca Motors for some customization. Once Ryca completes these parts, they send you a full-kit to turn the S40 into a customized Cafe Racer.

Ultimate Motorcycling recently spoke with Ryan Rajewski, partner at Ryca Motors based in Commerce, Calif., about this CS-1 kit.

The attached video gives a brief overview of how the company got started, then touches on the conversion process, and describes what’s needed for the average "Do-it-Yourselfer" to complete the build.

Rajewski also speaks about Ryca’s plans for the future and the best ways to contact Ryca to either place on order or receive some support. For additional information, visit rycamotors.com.
